The AAOS 2026 Annual Meeting will take place March 2-6, 2026, at the New Orleans, Louisiana, USA. A. Member and Non-Member Registration opens November 3, 2025.
Q. If a hotel is sold out, can I be put on a waitlist?
A. No. If a hotel is sold out, you will not be able to make a reservation or place your name on any kind of waiting list.
Q. Why is it important for me to stay at an AAOS hotel?
A. Staying in official hotel rooms helps AAOS negotiate reduced rates for meeting space, food and beverage, and many other services/fees you or your organization would pay if you were not associated with the Annual Meeting.
Q. What is AAOS 2026 OnDemand?
A. AAOS 2026 OnDemand is an online library with hundreds of hours of educational content from the 2026 meeting instructional course lectures, symposia, and paper sessions. Revisit sessions you attended and participate in those you missed anytime, anywhere. Plus, earn up to 100 CME credits. Content will not be live-streamed during the meeting. More information on how you can add OnDemand to your AAOS 2026 registration will be available this fall 2025.
Q. Are there speaking sessions available for exhibitors?
A. AAOS offers five types of surgeon engagement opportunities to exhibiting companies. Fees for each type of opportunity vary, and time slots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. They include:

4 STAR HOTEL

A hotels with four-star rating shares similar amenities as a three-star hotel, but it includes an additional restaurant and bar option, concierge, and a swimming pool, among others. 3 STAR HOTEL

Hotels with a three-star rating have several room options, such as Deluxe, Suite, or Premier. Rooms may also be given varying names depending on the hotel’s preference.
